Southern Oregon Coast. Online estimates and orders from outside our local area are gladly accepted.

esign Cut Technologies is a job shop dedicated to waterjet cutting services. Design Cut Technologies has
been in business since 2006, serving well known manufacturing entities as well as individuals looking
to have a custom cut part. Our customers include local aircraft companies, sign manufacturers,
glass fabricators, tile and flooring stores, knife makers, antenna manufacturers, automotive
innovators, metal fabricators and a wide variety of companies and individuals who are making their ideas
a reality with our help. Our waterjet equipment was manufactured by Flow International and has a
cutting area of six foot by ten foot. Machine accuracy as tested by a Flow technician holds to
+/-.0035” as determined by a “ball bar” test. This machine has two heads, which allows us to cut
redundant cuttings with greater efficiency. The abrasive cutting stream is approximately .03” in
diameter and cuts using water pressures of 55,000 psi. Design Cut Technologies can import your drawings
in a .DXF format, or make drawings based on your information.

ther waterjet cutting services will benefit from innovative products designed and manufactured by
Design Cut Technologies. This line of products will be launched soon with the new “steel
support”. This is a DCT solution to supporting small parts with abrasive waterjet cutting. Pictures
and video of this product in action will soon be available on this site.
